Questões e dúvidas * Questions and doubts

Bom dia tricotadeiras!

Qual a razão de o "All Knit Long" ter nascido?
O "All Knit Long" pretende  preencher essa lacuna, aproximando as pessoas.

O grupo é internacional, aberto a todas as nacionalidades.

       - Acedendo à nossa página no Facebook

Hello knitters!

Today we decided to make a post with all the issues that we have received and with all that we consider important. However, we are always available to answer these and other issues that may arise. Simply send us an email to allknitlong.info@gmail.com , or leave us a message on our Facebook page.

What is the frequency of the meetings?
   The meetings are monthly.

Why “All Knit Long" was born?
Since knitting returned, many people have interest in it. However, is not always easy to find people to teach or to have someone to share this hobby. "All Knit Long" comes to fill this gap , bringing people together.

Do you have help of any association?

CCPL is collaborating and sponsoring the initiative.
It's only a group of Portuguese people?
The group is international, open to all nationalities.

Is there an age limit to participate in these meetings?
All who enjoy knitting or wish to learn are welcome, regardless of age.

I would love to attend these meetings but unfortunately I don’t know knitting!
One of the key ideas of such groups is the sharing of knowledge: the more experienced members can provide a helping hand to the less experienced. So to participate is not necessary to know how to knit.
There will always be someone available to teach.
Which materials do I have to take?
If you don’t  know how to knit: wool, needles and the will to learn.
If you know knitting: you can bring the piece you are working at moment or material to start a new one.
In both cases: a good mood! :-)

Does it cost a monthly fee to be in this club?
No. The club doesn’t charge any fees. But since we do most of our meetings in cafes and terraces, you  will pay for what you consume during the meeting.

Do I have to register?
Yes. For logistic reasons, please confirm the presence in each meeting, so we can have an idea the number of participants.
How can I be aware of the club activities?
- Visiting this blog regularly
- Subscribing to our mailing list ("Follow us by E-mail) - you will receive an email whenever the blog is updated

O primeiro post ... * The first post ...

We have the great help of CCPL, which was interested from the beginning when the idea was put to them. We take this post to thank them once again.

For now, we are still in the process of organizing the first meeting.
Still do not have appointed day, we only know that will be in May. But we already have in place to meet - no less than in the "Italiano Gelateria"" on Monterey Avenue.
Therefore, and to be always updated about our events, nothing like registering on our mailing list, here on the blog, since it is here that all information will be centralized.
They can also visit us on Facebook, where we already have a page that will always be updated with all relevant information.
